We ship Ground via common carriers such as FedEx and GSO, and Third Party Shipping via third party trucks that transfer to UPS/FedEx (seasonal and state specific).
A shipment notification will be sent by email when the wine is shipping (currently not available for third party shipping).
Ground shipments are shipped Monday through Thursday.
Third party shipments (Refrigerated Ground) are shipped each Thursday (taking the previous Wednesday-Tuesday orders).
2 Day shipments are only shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Overnight shipments are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

* Please note, during extreme heat during the summer months, or extreme cold during the winter months, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse. If you feel this may be a problem because of a time sensitive package, please email us. Orders placed will usually ship within the next 2 business days, weather permitting. Faster shipping options may be available. All packages are packed in styrofoam or pulp containers (depending on state and time of year) to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)
Last Bottle will automatically add a 1% fee to cover all insurance for each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to waive the insurance, you may do so by de-selecting the box during the checkout process, however, this waives all responsibility from Last Bottle.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from LastBottleWines.com. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer order requests such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door” cannot be followed, and you will receive an email asking for an updated address.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Last Bottle Wines to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Last Bottle Wines is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Last Bottle, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

We use Third Party Shipping for certain states year round (Refrigerated Ground) and for all zones shown above (except yellow) during the summer (Refrigerated Ground and Refrigerated Ground plus ice pack).
Orders are shipped each Thursday (taking the previous Wednesday-Tuesday orders). Tracking is uploaded to your account the following Monday, but does not show any activity until scanned at your state’s area hub (the stars shown on the map). Once scanned, your tracking link will start to show activity and provide you with an accurate ETA. Delivery is then made within a day or two (occasionally three) depending on your distance from the hub.
