In any case, Faire La Fête (which loosely translates to “live it up”) is doing one heck of a bang-up job, because this CRUSHES most every other non-Champers bubbly we’ve had in some time. UBER-crisp, zingy, WHIP-SNAPPINGLY fresh citrus, crunchy green pear, and oh-so lively acidity....basically a complete no-brainer of bargain bubbly. PERIOD! UNDER $15!!!
