Alright! You scored some killer deals during our crazy Marathon Madness sale, WOOHOO!!
As you can imagine, rotating through and selling over 700 different wines (over 100k bottles!) in two days is quite the feat, and not to mention, quite the logistical tetris.
Here’s a handy guide as to how Marathon shipping works:
While our regular daily deals ship from both our west coast and east coast warehouses, Marathon orders only ship from the west coast (since that’s where all the Marathon inventory is), so if you live on the east coast, your orders will take a bit longer to get to you.
We also batch orders by state and the queue of states will vary with every Marathon sale.

Summer Shipping
To protect your wine, we do not automatically ship Summer Marathon orders to all states. It depends on the Ground transit time. We will email you when your order is ready to ship and provide shipping/hold options.
Handy Tips
As you’re waiting for your Marathon wines, there’s a couple of things you can do in the meantime to ensure you get your vino tout suite!
- Check the address listed in your account and on your orders to make sure you still want the wine delivered there.
- Contact us at [email protected] if:
- You want to update your shipping address (updating it in your account won’t autoupdate Marathon orders, you have to give us a heads up too)
- Request a specific ship date*
- Tell us how excited you are to receive your wines
*We will need to verify the ship date to ensure we can accommodate it.
