Dense and thick (as The Wine Advocate puts it) is dead-on. Crazy complex and deep, fresh and dried red/blue fruits, literally mouthcoating texture, rich and unctuous. This is Brunello turned up to 11, kids, and not for the shy! It’s one of those wines that changes a bit every time you sip or whiff it, showing you something different and fascinating.
