Jason is the dapper devil and mind behind Cortello. A master viticulturist here in our little Valley that works and consults for some of Napa's most prestigious estates (and he's a Cal Poly grad, so props from the Last Bottle alumni to him), he manages over 1000 acres, much of it in the highly desirable Stags Leap District. This gives him some unrivaled access to world-class grapes (to put it mildly). DOWNSIDE?? Very little to go around! This is nearly impossible to find as it is!!

CABERNET! You just DON’T SEE Napa Cab at this level (and from this spectacular vintage!!) for this price. It’s simply madness to consider anything else but at LEAST a few bottles. Trust your besotted Napa wine merchant --- currently tasting this out of a plastic GoVino with the Giants logo on it (go Giants), this is dark and creamy, packed with bright plummy blue fruit, cocoa nibs (yeah, that’s a thing), gingerbread, a touch of caramel, even….absurdly drinkable now, although you could age this for 5-7 years or so…but, really, WHY? We got it for you at a wicked-killer price --- drink it all day! We do!! Woo hoo! While it lasts…!
