Molino Barbaresco Teorema 2015

Lovers of all things northern Italian --- Barbaresco at this level and price just makes us want to cry tears of joy. Tears, we say!! Our relationship with the Molino brothers (this is a serious family operation) makes it possible, and this needs to be in your cellar --- because.....$24!!! Crazy. 

The pure, brilliant, singing, soul-uplifting, sunshine-bright aroma and flavor of cherry extract, orange rind, black tea and of course, love?! YES!! Despite its seeming impossibility, we have done it again! A Last Bottle all-time fave and a spectacular vintage in the region -- 2015s are soooooo fine. 

As noted, pure cherries, whiffs of earth, citrus, licorice, and orange pekoe suffuse this lovely, noble Barbaresco. Light in weight, but intense and flavorful, this is a baby and can rest for a few years in your cellar if you choose....but why wait? Pull out the decanter, juice container, anything you've got, pour to your heart's desire and savor every drop!! We are!! Only a little bit to go around....
