TOO. ZINGIN’. COOL!! Get your Rhone on, kids! Best values on Earth, pretty much, already, but at our reality-defying prices...well, all we know is our accountant takes GREAT displeasure, but he’s a fuddyduddy anyway. BESIDES...there’s not enough to make too much of a fuss about...will sell out...for sure...

We can’t quite go visit the Rhone yet, but your friendly Napa Valley wine merchant has a better idea -- let us bring it to YOU, in your house, in your backyard, whatever, with this lineup from 3 of our top producers, just landed direct from France. We’re doing this as a result of MANY requests for just such a taste tour, and BOOM here ya go. $40!! 3 bottles, two great vintages, jam-packed with peace and love and lush, happy-making “baby Chateauneuf-du-Pape” goodness (the vast majority of these wines are Grenache-based, like Chateauneuf, just from outside the official CdP appellation)!

Ah, where to start. First, invite your buds. Second, make something yum. Then line up the glasses - we’d suggest starting with the lovely, pretty, silky and hella-approachable Mont Thabor, with all its kirsch and “garrigue” notes, immensely easy to love and the perfect starter weight. Move into the Jacumin -- the old-vine Grenache is primary and juicy, with touches of sweet herbs and black cherry, super aromatic, too. Lastly, it's L’Abbe Dine, from the one-woman show (her young daughter and mother help out) that is Nathalie Reynaud, with a bit of advice from legend Philippe Cambie. Ripe, generous, lush with dark plums, black cherry, licorice and savory notes...so good!!

You feeling us? Get 2 or 3 of these, because when you do the first you’ll be jonesing to do it again!! While they last!

About The Producer

Château Mont Thabor was built in the 17th century, deriving it’s name from one of the most famous mountains of Galilee, Israel (widely mentioned in sacred writings for it’s strategic and religious importance). In 1881 Fritz Stehlin bought the estate, continued the established wine making but improved conditions and quality of the wines. In 1940, Luc Stehlin succeeded his great uncle Fritz and continued to improve the viticulture and viniculture practices at the Chateau integrating the utilization of horses in the vineyards. Since 1977 to present day, Daniel Stehlin has followed in the steps of his father Luc, producing some of the most elegant yet powerful wines of the region. He cultivates these unfiltered, rich yet pure red wines from 4 hectares in Chateauneuf du Pape and six hectares in Côtes du Rhône.
