About The Producer

The Beringer story starts in 1875 when Jacob Beringer purchased a parcel of land in St. Helena right next door to Charles Krug, where Jacob had been working as cellar foreman. Since then, Beringer has been going strong– they’re the oldest continuously operating winery in Napa Valley, one of the only few that was able to continue production throughout the Prohibition. They have established themselves as a key player in the Napa Valley wine scene, carefully cultivating a diverse portfolio of prized vineyards across many Napa Valley appellations. These vineyards range from the peaks of Napa’s highest hills to the valley floor behind their historic estate.
