Ever since winemaker extraordinaire Julien Fayard came on board at Beau Vigne – the wines have become more aromatic, more elegant – dare I say, ETHEREAL?! (I totally dare.) Don’t get me wrong – these are Napa-born classically styled CABERNET SAUVIGNONS through and through (even when the fruit blurs map lines like this) – with that inky, bold, rich, and lavish style that smacks those lips, and makes the jowls tremble with ecstasy. But the PERFUME!
