The Shannon Family of Wines is dedicated to sustainability. Their Project Ovis initiative is transforming their entire 1,000 acres of vines into a completely sustainable, regenerative organic farming system with comprehensive closed loop agriculture. Their efforts  were recently recognized with the 2021 California Green Medal Environment Award.

About The Producer

In 1996, Clay Shannon set out to build a winery in Lake County, California. Even back then, sustainability was at the core of everything he did. Today, the Shannon Family of Wines includes eight sub-brands and over 2,000 acres of property, nearly half of which is planted to vine.
