Can I buy more than one bottle?
Absolutely - add as many as you want to cart! But be quick, when they're gone, they're gone!
What if I miss today's deal?
We put up a new wine offer each morning, and most days we sell all the way down to the "last bottle." However, we do occasionally get customer cancellations, so it's worth a shot to email us (link on email us to help@lastbottlewines.com) with your request on the off-chance that we have some on-hand!
Is this a subscription?
Nope, you aren't signing up to anything! No hidden monthly costs, just the deal you buy.
How does shipping work?
We offer free ground shipping with a minimum purchase of all our daily offers (from as few as 2 bottles, and always free on 6 or more bottles). We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days from our warehouse, with shipping times depending on your location, but usually between 2 - 7 days from the point the wine is dispatched. In practice that means a wine ordered today should be with you in between 3-14 days, depending on your location. During the summer we ship to warmer areas using a temperature controlled "Regional Hub Network" with Fedex / UPS only handling the final mile of deliveries. This can take slightly longer, but keeps our wines in ideal conditions. We offer expedited 2-day or air options in selected states.
An adult signature is required for all orders - please consider if a hold-at location or business address may be best for your order to ensure successful delivery
How do you handle summer shipping?
Our summer shipping options depend on the temperatures and your location. We offer cool-packs as an option for shipping and strongly recommend adding these when it is warm in your area.
For longer transit routes we default to our "Regional Hub Network" in the summer, which means your wines travel in temp-controlled conditions to your nearest regional hub, and then Fedex/UPS handle the final mile of delivery. For these orders we still strongly recommend a cool-pack during warmer months, and we add that at the final "regional hub" to protect the wine in the final part of the journey.
During the summer, for some warmer states we make a "Summer Hold" option available - where wines are held by us free of charge, for shipment in the Fall as conditions cool down
During extreme heat spikes we reserve the right to place all orders on Hold until conditions moderate
How can I track my order?
Order tracking is available on our main site / mobile site - in the my account section, or via our App in your order history
Tracking will be available once your order has been picked and handed off to our shipper or the carrier
Please note, if your delivery shows as shipping via our "Regional Hub Network" we will generate tracking for the final mile Fedex / UPS delivery when the order is picked, but this tracking will not show movement until your wine leaves our temperature controlled supply chain and is handed to the carrier at your local hub. Don't worry - your wine is not lost, and is chilling out in perfect temp-controlled conditions!
